We only accept VALID UK ID, such as Driving Licence/Provisional Licence or UK Passport.

We do not accept Work Permits or Residence Permits.

We use a keysafe/lockbox on site of the apartment. 

The check-in process is simple, with a video guide and instructions sent at 2PM on the day of arrival.

You won’t need to meet anyone to enter the apartment, it’s all self check-in.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm onwards

Check-out is 11:00 am

If you wish to extend, please give us at least 24 hours notice! This is subject to availability. We can sometimes allow early check-in at 12pm for £30 please contact us to arrange.

We are always available via text or WhatsApp, you will have our contract detail and WhatsApp link once you’ve booked with us.

As a small business, we offer great hospitality, we’ll do everything possible to ensure that your guests have a great experience.

This starts from the moment a guest makes their first enquiry, and we ensure clear and effective communication, custom guest guidebook, a streamlined check-in procedure, and assistance during a guest’s stay.

We even have online entry links for guest to read all about your property, watch a tour of your property, see entry codes, access details all without having to send 10+ texts/calls.

We make things simple and that’s why everything is accessible to guests with one custom simple link.

We do not meet or greet guests, no. Under very very strict or important circumstances we can arrange personal check-in but this is a paid extra.

But often guests are often late, or change their plans, or are simply tired and feel uncomfortable during a personal check-in so we have decided not to offer this anymore, 95% of our guests prefer to check-in themselves without having to meet anyone so that is the way we will keep things going!

Yes we do, this deposit is fully refundable after check-out subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

The deposit varies from each apartment and is £150

This is taken as a pre-authorisation (not a payment) on your credit or debit card. This is released on your departure day or the following day. The deposit takes a few days to be returned, they all depend on Stripe which is our payment processor.

Deposits are taken prior to arrival, they’re a temporary hold on your card that is automatically released within 7 days of checkout.

Smoking indoors IS NOT ALLOWED! We do suggest you to smoke on a balcony if the apartment comes with one if you wish, but please put out the cigarette correctly. Smoking indoors is not allowed due to health and safety, plus the smell really sticks to the furniture. We wouldn’t want the next guest being affected.
